Send an Email Notification (V3) only sends to the first 7 people.

I have a daily email set up that sends at 3 a.m. to a large group of people. The Flow was working perfectly fine until Friday. Now it will only send to the first 7 people in the "To" field. When I test the flow, I get the Flow run successfully screen. There are no errors, it just won't send to anyone past the first 7 people.

    How many people are in the "to:" field?

    Are you hard coding the email addresses in the To: field?  If not, have you reviewed a run to be sure that all intended email addresses are included?

    I've tried 2 ways of getting the emails into the To field. I have pulled emails from a SharePoint list and I have hard coded the email addresses. Both only send the first 7. I have reviewed the runs. All emails are included in the details of the previous runs, but only 7 people are actually receiving the email. I have 55 people included in the email.

    I tried but I can't replicate your issue.  I gave the action a semicolon delimited list of 12 emails and all 12 got sent.

    Can you please post a screen shot of the output of the Send an email notification action after a run?

    I just noticed in my run that I can see 7 email addresses in the action after a run but I can scroll down to see the rest.

    I've crossed out the emails for privacy. If I scroll I can see all the email addresses that were supposed to receive the email. Only the first 7 listed actually receive the email.

    I am out of ideas on this.  As a last resort, you might try removing and re-adding the action. 

    You might try replacing the action with a Send an Email action as a test.  Do all the emails get sent? 

    I assume that you are using this action because it doesn't show as being sent by a specific person.  You might try using a Shared Mailbox and use a Send an email from a Shared Mailbox action.

    Most people suggest that you stay away from the Send an email notification action anyway because of a number of known issues.

    Thanks for all of your help. I tried re-creating the Flow from scratch and had the same problem. For now I am using V2 and it is working fine.
