    Hi @HulkToast ,

If this is related to Quiz in Microsoft Forms, then here is a video which showcases getting data from MS Forms and loading into SP List.

Hi Reza,  I believe the OP is asking about the "grade" of the quiz.  So if the user takes the quiz and scores 75%, how do we record that score?

Yes, Forms work but not Quizzes, we need the scores. Another MS site says that you need to create the Quiz in Sharepoint to get the results to upload, but there is no option to create a Quiz in Sharepoint, just a Form (on my version O365 at least).  I watched the youtube session but the examples given online are still using a Form not a Quiz, and it was an incredible amount of work. I have a whole training course, about 12 quizzes, that I want to upload to create a cumulative file. Currently I download the excel ss each day and manually process the results. One idea I had was to upload the ss each time but I'm not sure that that would work well either.  I might try it out with one small test quiz and see how it goes.
