Hello. I would like to ask if there i a way for a user to add many times the same item from a combobox control. For example lets say tha the list has ["1","2","3"]. I would like the user to select 1 choice more than once. Thank you

That's not possible witin one control. Perhaps consider a gallery that has ComboBox.SelectedItems for the Items property and insert a controls that allow the user to adjust the amounts.
The gallery would act pretty much like a shopping cart on a webstore.
