Inflow trigger off of complete Power BI Dataset refresh completion

I have a Power Automate that refreshes a dataset in Power BI. I want to start a refresh of another dataset (which references the first dataset) but I don't want to do that until the first dataset has completed its refresh. Is there a way to do that? I would like to keep it all in one flow.
