Hi All,

I am using SQL as a data Source in the canvas application and I want my SQL server database on the network so that all members of my team are able to use that database when I share my canvas app with my team. So how can I make my SQL database a common data source for everyone? We can do it from Azure AD, I know but I want to know another method so If anyone having an idea about please help me.

    Hi @Chitrakant27 ,

When you share an app that uses certain connections, the app connection is implicitly / automatically shared.  SQL is one such connection.  Please read more here.

You can look at using a service account for the SQL connection with the relevant access to your SQL database.  That way, when you share the app, the SQL connection with the service account will be implicitly shared.

sharing PowerApps doesn't include sharing access to database

you can share SQL connector and will give user access to app access to database but it will use user credential who initially created this connection.

    Hope this helps.
