Please Suggest me a solution to Move attachment to share point from D365 using power automate.

 1. User create new note with attachment in D365.

 2. Move the attachment to SharePoint from D365 using power automate.

 3. update the note with URL( from SharePoint) for attachment.

 4. Remove the attachment form the note (D365).

Thanks.

    Hi @Dennis_19 ,

Would you please try to perform the action steps in the following article?

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Move-note-attachment-to-SharePoint-from-dynamics/td-p/290923

It contains how to move the file from D365 to SharePoint.

After that, remove the "Notes" entity record based on the Note ID that was fetched from the previous step and create a new "Notes" entity record since there is no way to delete the attached file only from the Note record:

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Jisung Han

Is it possible to get the SharePoint record URL and update the same in D365 record using power automate.?

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi @Dennis_19 ,

Yes, you may use the "Link to item" from the created item:
