Dear members, greetings I am working in transportation unit of an org, where employees provide transport request manually, then processing the requests and payments make me overloaded, so, I am new with power automate, please help me develop the flow as follow: My colleagues should apply online through Ms.form, each request Will be recorded in one row, then, data of each row should be exported to our request template (automatically), then, that request form is to be attached to the emails and to be send to the applicant (automatically), Then, I will complete the remaining part (driver name, address, amount ....), After completion of this part, I want to export that data to another pdf (separat template), and this pdf should be submitted to specific email (transport assistant) for processing the payment. This flow will decrease the load by 60%, so, Your help and support is most appreciated in advance.

What steps have you taken so far?

Have you created the form?  Do you have it set-up to send responses into Power Automate? If not, you will start by doing this. Here is a reference to start from...

When you say you want to record into Excel rows - is there any reason not SharePoint or Dataverse or something that isn't a file? Where is the Excel file stored? SharePoint or OneDrive?

Then you want to generate a PDF, that will likely require Premium licensing - do you have that available?

Please let us know what you've done so far so we can help you with something specific.

Dear @Rhiassuring , thank you for your reply, i am new with share point and one drive, previously, i was using google drive, google sheet ........., and now in this company, i am using one drive, i am sure about share point yet, right now,

my excel file is on onedrive, and i have not lincensing too, i tried to do so, but when i found the converting word to PDF need premium, so let it, and still i am waiting for another solution, but failed yet.

however, if you have any free solution, please recommend it to me, as, our company is small size and do not want to pay for this one.

thanks once again for your clear informations
