Hello there!

I have a flow with multiple approval steps, but it failed at an email step in between the two approval steps because of an email problem. If it's possible, would you please let me know how to resume the process at the second approval step? For further information, view the image.

Configure the Run After property for all the steps of approval and resume the process where it got failed.

Hi,

You can configure the Run After settings and move your steps into a separate flow. This way, if the email step fails, you can execute additional steps before proceeding with the second approval.

If these flows are part of a solution, you can run a child flow to handle the process more effectively and continue with the second approval smoothly.
