ower Automate : Impossible collect data from MS FORMS when it belongs to a Teams

Hello,

 

I created 2 forms :

⇒ TEST_MANU created with my own personnal office account

⇒ Formulaire_1, created in a TEAMS (MS team  called Engineering Dpt)

I want to use Power Automate to collect data and to send an email to a specific email address as soon as I get a new answer in the FORMS

⇒ With TEST_MANU, No issu. Dynamic fields appear ans I can send an email with the relevant data.

BUT

⇒ With Formulaire_1 : The dunamic Fields associated with this "TEAMS forms" do not appear and I can not get the data.

I confirm that I an working with the correct "Environment"...

Can somebody help me to solve this issue?

    How can I use Power Automate when the FORMS is attached to a MS TEAMS ?

    Hi! I am not sure I understand what you mean by "The dynamic Fields associated with this "TEAMS forms" do not appear". Do you mean that the Dynamic Content from the "Get response details" action is missing?

    Hello,

    Yes dynamic content.

     

    In the meantime, I found the solution!

    The ID of the forms that are located in a Teams can be found in the SHARE link :
