Access Calender of Shared E-Mail Account with Power Automate

I am new to Power Automate and have a question regarding the access of a calender of a shared E-Mail account.

My goal is to write a flow that creates a new calender event when another calender event is starting soon. This flow works perfectly fine for my own calender. However, I originally wanted to implement this on a shared E-Mail account where I have delegate access and editor rights for the calender. The problem is that the calender won't show up when I search for it in power automate.
Does anybody know a fix for this issue or a workaround?

Help would be much appreciated!

You need to go into Outlook online and add the shared calendar to your Outlook account. Once you do that, it should show up in Power Automate if everything is configured correctly.

    Hi David,
thank you for your response however this doesn't work for me. I added the calender to outlook online but it still does not show up on power automate.
I am using the outlook365 trigger because the outlook.com trigger isn't working (it can't connect to my account - I always get the following error: shared_outlook was blocked by the data loss prevention). Should I be using a different trigger?
Furthermore, what do you mean with "If everything is set up correctly"? Do I need any other access to the calender except delegate access?
    Kind Regards.

The error you are getting (shared_outlook was blocked by the data loss prevention) is controlled by your company. You will need to speak with your IT department to see if they can adapt the policy so you can build your workflow. You can learn about DLP at Data loss prevention (DLP) policies - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn.
