How can i synch the list

I have a List A with column P1,P2,P3
 
I have a List B with column Q1,Q2,Q3,P3
 
When P1=Q1 and P2=Q2 then i want to synch P3 from List B update in List A. Can some one guide me the best and easy step and give a sample flow ?
