I am attempting to create a Connection and Flow that connect to an SFTP server. This server uses Name and Password for authentication, but does not have SSH keys; note that it belongs to a third party and is out of my control. I can connect just fine using these credentials in FileZilla, so I know they work and that I have read/write access. When I try to add an SFTP-SSH Action in Flow, it gives generic error messages and fails, and the Flow Checker tells me to choose a valid Connection. If I try to create a Connection first or modify the Connection that was created when I created the Action, it also fails, giving a totally blank error message. The deprecated SFTP Connection seems to still be able to connect, but can't be used because it doesn't have any Actions associated with it anymore.
Hi,
We may have changed how the SFTP connection works and it how authenticates differently or tries to establish the API connection via different means. I am not certain on this. You might want to create a case with Microsoft Support on this they would be able to provide a lot better insight into this and any workaround that might be present. I'll include a link below; if you would like to go down that route. Otherwise if any communities members might know feel free to chime in.
If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support
Regards,
Alex
