How do you use flow add attachement sharepoint?

am following this tutorial https://poszytek.eu/en/microsoft-en/office-365-en/flow-en/powerapps-hand-written-signature/

all steps working till add attachement to sharepoint list, this steps keeps failing

"status": 400,"Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.InvalidClientQueryException

i used Form1.LastSubmit.ID as the id

filename and file content from the converted file 

and what should i put in respond to powerapps?

dont know what to add in there?

also my sharepoint list still has empty lists even though flow is working, only part is failing is attachement , but other columns also empty, i checked the html file created it have all data when i submitted them from my phone

    Hi @warsongg00 ,

    Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

    Do you want to pass a Pen Input image from your app to your flow, then add this passed image data as an attachment of the Submitted record in your app?

    Further, could you please expand the "Add attachment" action within your flow?

     

    Based on the blog that you mentioned, I think it is not necessary to add some additional actions (e.g. 'Get blob content' action, 'Create HTML file' action, .. etc) within your flow.

     

    The user @Ajilakes has faced similar issue with you, please check my solution within the following thread:

    Please consider take a try to re-create a new flow based on above solution I mentioned, then within your app, add a connection to the new created flow.

    Note: On your side, you may need to replace the Camera control with Pen Input control.
