One flow saves attachments in OneDrive, another flow ignores these files

Hello,

I have two flows in PA. One is triggered by any new email in the Outlook's Inbox, creates a copy of the attachment file in OneDrive with speficic naming based on file's format.

The second flow is triggered every time a file is created in OneDrive folder, and resends these files to external server.

It works just fine for most of the files (nearly 100-200 of them on daily basis), but for some reasons it does not work for some of .zip files (and for some of them - it does).

I've checked two examples of zip files: each is being received in Outlook on daily basis, but one is successfully reaches out to the external server, and the other one does not. For both of them the first flow has a successfull run every day, but the second flow only has successful runs for the one of these files, another one is not present in second flow's list of runs - nor successful nor failed.

I've also checked the OneDrive, for the zip file which works correct I see daily versions of the file:

However for the 'non-successful' zip file every day I only see the version that was sent this day, and before that some older versions from 1.5 months ago when they were sent in csv format instead of zip:

So it seems like this file is just not being saved properly in OneDrive, even though I do see successful runs of the Flow 1 for this file.

There are no other flows which can affect these files in OneDrive, and also other files daily versions are being stored properly. What can possibly be the problem? Can it have something to do with zip format? Or the size of the file, or formatting etc.?

Thank you
