Hello,

Could you do me a favor?

I spent too much on that but I haven't found any solution yet.

I created one app based on the B_list using "Edit form"

Primary Category and Second Category are the datacards.

If the primary category is Sale department, the secondary category should be populated with only the job that are included in the Sale Department.

I am not sure if that is feasible. Thank you.

for the items in your second dropdown add this code:
Filter(A_List, Department = "Sale department")

You could also use a variable to do this and it would dynamically change based on what the first dropdown had selected. For example if Sale department is selected it will only show those options but if Finace is selected then it will
Items of second dropdown: Filter(A_List, Department = Dropdown1.Selected.Value). The spelling with have to be spot on though or it might not work so make sure you have that correct. One way to solve that is to use the lower function to force everything into lower case.

@mmollet I already tried that one. I don't know why it didn't work. I googled a lot, but I haven't resolved this issue.

Are these complex columns in SharePoint or just text/number fields? I have tried this on my end 3 times now and it has worked pretty well. If you are using complex columns then I'm not 100% sure how to fix that. I dont use complex columns as they are nothing but problems in Power Apps.

This is not a normal dropdown button. That is from a form, that dropdown was a part of the datacard. I am not sure that is why It didn't work.

Data source is Sharepoint and that column is lookup(text). I used a customize form.
Once you use Sharepoint, there is a customize form above. I used that form.

@mmollet Hey I resolved the issue. I deleted the datacardvalue and added a dropdown list and followed your instructions. Thank you so much!!!!
