Power automate delete item

Good day,

my flow is working as expected but intermittently in the run history failures show up after a successful run. The flow is showing a failure in the "Apply to Each" step, the flow is trying to delete, a file it successfully deleted in the sharepoint list, but anyway run history shows up failed, error message is 'Action Delete item is failed.

Please help me with this issue.

Hi,
Your flow, shows 2 items in Apply to each, click next failed, you'll see on what it is complaining:

Speculative guess here but it might be if you click on the 'next' button it'll show how the '2 of 2' iteration failed which might provide more info?
