I am trying to automate the process of approvals in Teams. I have already successfully automated that when someone uploads an approval request file into SharePoint, the flow will take that file, create an approval, once approved/rejected a new file will be created and moved to another folder and the original file will be modified with the status (either Approved or Rejected).
However, this only works when someone uploads a file. I would like for when someone fills out one of the approval templates in the Teams channel, the filled template will save to SharePoint (we need documentation of the request outside of Teams) and then be moved to another folder like above.
How can I save a filled-out Teams approval request from a template?
