What license is needed for a user mailbox used in a flow?

I have a flow that is currectly connected to a licensed mailbox (Business Standard) used personally by me. The flow acts upon messages received at that mailbox – parses contents and sends new email based on parsing.

I'd like to use the flow with a new mailbox dedicated to that flow, but prefer not paying a hefty license fee. Can I connect the flow to a user account that is without a license, or assigned a "Microsoft Power Automate Free" account?

Hi @Dvir ,

Well, from my understanding you need the mailbox rather than the flow itself. So, you can leave the flow running on your user and create a sharemailbox to send the email (you on behalf of the email adrress). You need to have rights to send on behalf of this sharedmailbox.

There are not additional costs to use this solution.

That's a good solution for the email sending part, but not for the receiving part. The idea behind my flow is to have a dedicate email address to which other users can send messages for processing. So I need this mailbox to be able to also receive mail, which I don't believe a shared mailbox can. Can it?
