[Bug] Agent requires user connection, but it turns to stale status and can't be recovered.

I use Azure DevOps "create a work item" in Power Automate flow, when using it in Copilot agent, it requires a connection,

But it shows status "stale" now.
I ever used the user connection, and it works, the agent can successfully create ADO work item. I tried to click "Review" and submit it, doesn't help.
I can't recover it from Stale status :( so the agent doesn't work now.

Note, I tested that the Power Automate flow does work, the problem happened when I tested the Copilot agent to call this Automate flow, click "Connect" button, it opens the "Manage your connection" page, where it shows the "Stale" status, and I noticed that in browser, it requested this URL and got 500 error:

It happened to work after I opened the Automate flow, and noticed there're some service connection issue, I clicked "Change connection reference", and got it refreshed.
And then in chat window, click "Connect", and then in "Manage your connection", click "Manage" -> "Submit", I get the connection status to "Connected".

I think this is a bug, update connection in "Manage your connection" website should be good enough to refresh the connection.
