Hi,

I have to validate phone number, phone number can be from anywhere around the globe, I am confused what time of checklist I should create which can check if the entered phone number is valid or not.

If someone can help me with that expression then it would be good or else macro will also work I will run that macro from Power automate desktop.

The anywhere in the world part may be difficult, but the best way to do this kind of thing is with a Regular Expression. Unfortunately, REGEX isn't supported natively in Power Automate at this point. It is available in Power apps. but there is a workaround. This blog post shows how to use REGEX in Excel Online to check text for match to a pattern. Which characters you name unwanted? What do you want to get after transforming +91 (98) - 765462483?

If all you want left is numbers then a series of Replace statements will work to remove '+', '-', etc.
