How to trigger flow when specific words are used in the Teams channel

Is it possible to trigger an action like 'send notification email' when any specific words are used in Teams channel. For example, a student in the universities are using few unpleasant words in Teams conversation therefore an alert to be sent to faculty.

You could use Condition to determine whether the message body contains the specified word.
