Reset function for rows in Gallery

All, 

 

I have a gallery that is connected to a collection. My current trash icon deletes the entire row and I would like to reset the row instead.

 

For example instead of removing the row completely reset its selected fields back to default 

 

This is my current code, does anyone know what I can substitute

    @aishak12 

    You are using a RemoveIf in your Formula!  That will remove the row.  If you just want to reset the controls, then stick with the reset functions you have.  If you want to "blank out" the values in your collection, then you will need to use an UpdateIf function to update the columns in the record.
