Any ideas on what I need to do to get this working? I don't have direct access to either end of the connector (Redshift or Flow), and I don't understand the error message. Might be a lost cause. Any info would be helpful!

Hi @balderdash
It seems that you have problem to connect to Amazon Redshift. When creating to Amazon Redshift, please enter the following info correctly, Connection name, Server, Database name, Authentication type is Basic, and then the Username, Password. With all these fields filled, I assume that you would be able to create a connection to Amazon Redshift. Please take a try with it on your side.
