Conditions Based on Trigger Power Virtual Agents

HI,

 

I am trying to addconditions based on the Trigger Phrases, is there any way we can do it . For Example , I have 2 triggere phrases on same topic "A" & "B" , based on the user input I want to have a flow .

    Hi @Piyushjha1 

     

    Your trigger phrases can be many and very diverse as people say things slightly differently. Using Natural Language Understanding technology (NLU), PVA determines which topic, based on the trigger phrases you have setup, should be triggered based on what the user has said.  Once a topic has been triggered, typically you ask the user a question, which can then lead to a condition.
