I'm looking at a multilevel approval for a document library in Teams.

Is there anyway to check the status of team members before sending the approval?

I only want people that are active to be sent the approval.

thanks

    Hi @tonyrmclabour

Use Office 365 users action in Flow and pass the email id of the account and this will return details about the account

I guess it will error if account is deactivates, you can then handle this in Flow by using configure run after and accordingly bypassing the user in the approval process

    Regards,

    Reza Dorrani

    Hi @tonyrmclabour ,

I agree with @RezaDorrani 's solution that you could take a try with "Get user profile" action:

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.
