Not able to see dsktop flows in the cloud platform

Not able to see dsktop flows in the cloud platform. Please suggest. Bot logins are same, still not able to see it or run from it. The platform is upgraded.

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    What is the error message (if any)?

    If you stumble upon a generic message (like "Request failed with status code 401"), you can open developer mode and check for a more detailed message at the "Network" tab.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    In desktop version u need to connect with ur default environment
    click on premium nd extend train option is there click on tat option.
    once u done go for cloud and login with same id ten u wil get desktop flows in cloud.
