Need some help in the Power Automate (Azure Devops activity )

Hi Team,

 

I am facing some issue with the Power Automation Flows. 

 

Below are the steps involved in the flow

So the flow is failing randomly at different ADO work items    and sometimes the flow gets executed successfully (without any changes) .

Below is the error message we receive

And I am able to access the above mentioned work item Id.

 

Please let me know if anyone faced this kind of issue?
