Update File Properties (photo)

I am using Microsoft Cognitive API to get image tags of my .arw photo.

The Computer Vision gives me some tags for suggestion as JSON file, and I would like to update my photo using the tags given.

 

Is there any way to change the file properties so that I can modify with a new photo tag using PAD?
