So I, like many here, am new to power automate.
As a tool, it's great. However, the governance of the automations themselves rub my SysAdmin jammies the wrong way.
I hope I'm wrong here, but from what i can tell, it looks like even at an enterprise level, the idea with powerautomate is that all the "flows" are created by users and are stored in users profiles. This is a huge governance problem as I can't tell which flows are doing what from a bird eye level.
There HAS to be a way to look at all business-level flows in one area right? Or at least have an area for every flow that is acting on my business? As it stands now, peter may make flow A, paul may make Flow B, and if they are business critical, I don't have a place really to see if they're failing? No dashboards or anything? Also, what happens if peter's user account get's deleted? Wouldn't I want to have all of his flows that he has made still exist in some "Business-level production level flows" area?
Is there a way to handle this?
