    Hi @Anonymous

You need to do some string manipulations here.

First Declare a string and map the form response. Then next step use a compose step and use an expression "Replace" function to replace "[" with "". The again use another compose step for next expression "Replace" for removing "]" with "". Finally you have a string with comma sepearted values. Then next delcare a string called "EnterKey" as string. Press enter under the value. Define another compose step and use the expression "Replace" function to replace comma with "Enter Key". Finally map the output of the compose in your email.
