Can't edit email in 'To' option after Flow created

I've built several approval Flows in a Client's tenant. Most of them have an email being sent to a person based on a new SharePoint list item. But after creating the flow I can't edit or change the 'To' field or the email address. It has a grey background. I built it using my client tenant email address for testing so it is connected to that tenant. But I can't change it afterwards to the correct person.

    Hi @Gilleran,

You need to click the Edit Flow to clear the greyed out state(after saving).

The To field woud be editable when configure/change the flow settings.

If you need any further help, please post back.

    Regards,

    Michael

Thanks for the response Michael but I've been doing all that.  Some more screens from testing today. I'm using Chrome but it didn't work for this tenant in Edge or Firefox either. It's the default enviroment for Flow. Anything to do with the number of connections created?  I can delete this 'send email' stage and add a new one but it's the same issue.

I also cannot delete or rename the steps with the 'send an email'.

This client has MFA security. But I don't have the email issue in my private tenant. So is there a permissions issue?
