How to "hack" into an action with no automation

I want to get the interval out of a recurrence statement.  I thought I might be able to hack the info out of it.  I tried this....

I get lost in syntax all the time with this sort of thing.  Is the syntax fundamentally correct?  Sometimes, I see a "?" and other things in the expression... I never know when that applies, why, etc etc....

Helpie?

    Hi @martinav ,

    As the information that you trying to get is part flow definition, you have to use "Power Automate Management" action "Get FLOW" and the you can use following expression to get the interval

    body('Get_Flow')['properties']['definition']['triggers']['Recurrence']['recurrence']['interval']

    @DeepakS ,

    I feel like I continue to push the limits of this system.  Doing so has really provided some amazingly useful apps.  Things that costs tens of thousands to purchase.  However, there are some downers that make it a challenge at times.

    Regards,

    Rod
