Specific user can not be found while running PowerAutomate on Sharepoint

Hello,

There is an ongoing issue with my Power Automate workflow which apparently can not be solved at all. I have a site on Sharepoint in a list called "Documentation Request". Three times a week, I receive an excel (macro enabled) file from our customer service which contains the new documentation request for each user. I've created a flow which creates the Sharepoint items automatically. Most of the time the flow runs successfully, but there are cases when it stops because it doesn't a specific user (sometimes the error repeats itself 3-4 times in a row). The email addresses are in a table called "NewTasks", in a column called "Owner", and I try to pass the value of each line to Sharepoint to field "Assigned To"
We are talking about only 4 users, the same 4 people must receive their tasks. I've tried using their emails, their name in the database, but the error keeps popping up (The specified user could not be found).

Any idea how to fix it? What did I set up wrong?

Thanks
Attila

This is not a direct solution to your problem, but I think you should make a separate flow and manually look for these users in Office 365.

    Office 365 - Search for Users.png

You can search for them by name in the Search Term field. I think you should manually look for these people and see what the results are.

Their email or principal name might be different which is causing the SP List not able to find them.

If I enter their email addresses to the search box their profiles pop up.

But thanks for the idea, I will check it!

I would go to a flow that failed and look at the result Outputs of the List Rows Present in a Table. Try to find the specific email address values that failed. And see if you notice anything that is causing the email address to be incorrect like an additional space or underscore.
