Approval flow email, is there a way to remove the 'Created by'

As this is defaulting to me as the maker of the automate.

Hi @amyharkus86 you should be able to alter the details flow by looking at the "Start and wait for an approval" action. Look at the setting under the "Advanced Parameters" for "Requestor". Should be able to remove it entirely or change the dynamic content.

Hi @amyharkus86 were you able to get this sorted out? Let me know if this worked out for you or not.

And although it adds the requester, it still shows as created by me, as shown below.

Go to Connection reference, Re-Establish the connection with the account you want to show in CreatedBy in Approvals email.

What it will do is, it will change the owner to that connection to new logged in account using where you re-established the connection refrence of Approvals action.

I have tried and tested it. It works.

Unless what you are asking is to completely remove the created by line (not possible), you need to follow what was suggested in the first post.
