Hi,

I'm having an issue using the "Send an email notification V3" connector. I'm trying to send attachments that are bigger than 25MB using this connector in my flow.

I have previously contacted O365 support and they suggested to use "Send Email V2" which is an Outlook connector. The "Send Email V2" connector works well, however, this solution was rejected by my company's Internal Control team because it shows the email as being sent by an internal user instead of being a system generated email. This is because I'm using the flow to process payments in the company.

So, is there any way to increase the size limit of attachments sent by "Send Mail Notification V3"?

I believe there is no way to directly increase the limit for the native action. However, you can set up a custom flow for this as shown here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Community-Blog/Overcome-4MB-mail-limit-sent-from-Microsoft-Flow/ba-p/385021

Sorry for we couldn't increase the size limit of send an email notification of mail connector currently, if you want the size limit to be increased or the function to increase the size limit manually to be supported in Microsoft flow, you could submit an idea to flow ideas forum:
