Hi,
Is it possible if I can provide a directlink to a certain Powerapps to the user via email? If possible, only certain screen only.

The answer is yes to both.
The first one is easy - select Details (from the three dots menu to the right of the App name in the Apps list) and copy the Web link on the next page.
The second question involves launching the app with parameters - called "Deep Linking" and then only allowing navigation to the page if the parameter is present on opening (that means it was launched with that particular link content).
