error with - Send Email with options

I have been using send email with option action for one of my requirement since few months and everything was running well. Since Thursday, it is observed that when users are clicking on the option in the email the response is getting submitted but the confirmation dialog which gets open in the web shows "Exception occurred while receiving response". I tried running the flow for environment hosted in Europe region(https://flow-apim-europe-001-westeurope-01.azure-apim.net
) and not getting error there, but for India region I am getting error(https://flow-apim-india-001.azure-apim.net )

I am having the same issue in the Canada region. Does Microsoft know about this issue?

also seeing this issue in canada. other than the error message everything seems to be functioning properly

You'll want to have your Azure admin open a ticket with Microsoft via the Azure Portal - you can start at https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status and use the links in the top right corner.
