Pull Long Answers into Invivdual Cells

Hello,

I was recommended to this community from the Microsoft Forms community. I am working on a new form and was wondering if there was a way when looking at the results in excel to have each long answer list in a new row instead of all in the the same cell.

The goal is that each row will line up for each subject for the team member entering. They will be entering multiple values for the same subject and initially excel just added all values in the response field into the same cell instead of on a new row. Picture 1 is how it's presented, picture 2 shows all values in the cell that need to be individually rowed.

    Hi @zackwilson11

What you might want to do here is to split all the answers and add them to an array. Then run an Apply to each on this array so it can insert each individual answer in its own row. If possible, it would be ideal if you can post screenshots of what you have completed in the flow so far.

    Regards,

    Fausto,

I have not started the flow, as I was at a brick wall on where to go with this. I'm also a novice to Power Automate so I will have to research your solution. I thank you for your time.
