I am working on a project but do not have full control of the process, and to make it worse, people who want a certain end state do not understand power automation.
My question is: We have 5 MS forms, all with the same questions. Each form is given to a team in a different location around the UK; therefore, once it is triggered, we know which team it is. The question is, once each of these forms is triggered, will a flow write these to 1 SharePoint list? Or will the fact that we have 5 IDs the same make this an issue?
Or do we only have one form? Or do we use a flow to merge into one Excel spreadsheet and copy from that? I would rather try to shape the forms instead of trying to do a workaround, etc if i know it will not work.
