Gap between vertical containers will not go away

I have two vertical containers, one above the other, within a parent vertical container. They are positioned perfectly but a gap between both containers remains even after setting both GAP settings to "0".  What would cause this? Also, all padding for the elements within the containers are also set to "0" even though I believed it wouldn't affect it.

Figured it out. I needed to justify the parent container.
