Recurrence Email based on Date in SharePoint List

I have created a flow which I believe should send an email daily to an individual who has completed a course and requires to submit a Course Evaluation form.

I have tried numerous different variations based on YouTube Videos I have watched, but do not seem to be able to get it to work.

My Flow looks like this:

When I test it I get confirmation that the Flow was successful but I get no email nor do the individuals.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the emails are not being sent/received..

Does the flow runs evaluate the IF statement as true in any of the loops?
