Workflow Failed and not working anymore

Hi,

I have created a work flow on a list to import data from another list, however everything was working perfectly in the past month, all of a sudden now is not working anymore and is showing workflow failed when testing it.

Can someone please help me to find what is wrong as I am not able to get my head around it.

I have put the work flow in the below :

Can you post a screenshot of a recent run showing where there are errors?

Hi Pstork,

When the test consist of creating an item it shows as below screen shot and when the test consists of an item is modified the error will ne on the other side of the condition (if no).
