Flow not working

Hello - my flow, which sends an email to specific people based on a trigger (in this case zip code and state), is not working. I have zero clue what happened. I have another flow that is working and set up identical but I built it months ago. Assuming something changed in the power automation system. Any ideas/suggestions?!

    Hi @kylevallentine ,

Try replace the grouping with "OR" instead of "AND" and re run, also can you compose State and Zip code values to see what sharepoint send?

I got the following error message. Still didn't work. Confused on your last part of "compose". I took out the state and just used zip. Looks like I need an array or function??? Thank you for your help!

Thank you for trying, what i meant is to create new Compose above condition and add Zip code to it then run it again to check how is the Zip code is coming from Sharepoint

I did that and it is pulling the correct zip code and matches the SharePoint input. The "Apply to each" is giving me:

Unable to process template language expressions for action 'Condition_4' at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language function 'contains' expects parameters of matching types: a dictionary and a key (string), an array and a value (object), or a string and a substring. The provided types 'String' and 'Integer' are incompatible.

Condition 4 (in this case 5, in the picture above) is where the action is failing. Blah, not sure what has changed!!!
