Reply to email (V3) action does not save BCC address

I have a very simple Flow that replies to an email. The reply to sender is working fine. The problem is that BCC addresses in the advanced options do not save. I input an address to the BCC: field and save the Flow but the BCC recipient does not get the email and when I edit the flow I see there is nothing there.

    When you add the email to the BCC box is it an external or internal email?  In the screenshot below ynotice the circled control above and to the left of the BCC box.  This toggles between a People picker to validate internal emails and a simple textbox to allow external emails.  If you type an external email in the box while its set to be a people picker it won't save when you close.
