Hello,
is it possible to use service principal for sharepoint online, I don’t see it available for sharepoint in power automate?
do I need to continue to use service account for sharepoint?

The SharePoint connector in Power Automate do not support the Service principal currently.
If you still want to use the Service principal ,you may need to try to use the HTTP connector (premium connector) which supports this to call SharePoint APIs.
