Create a Flow to Send a Mail with a different Sender

Hi,

i am new in Power Automate.

I would like to create a flow that sends the data on forms as a mail to a specific mail address. This works as far as it goes. But I have the problem that when the mail is sent, it is not the sender who filled in the form but me (because I created the flow).
Since I don't have permission to access other people's mailboxes, "send as" doesn't work either. is there any way to exchange the sender data for mine?

many thanks for your help

I think this depends on the trigger

For example, when your trigger comes from PowerApps, the credentials of the person pressing the button will be used in the flow, not just you because you created it.

I can imagine that, for example, when form is submitted trigger will do the same.

Recurrence will use the creators credentials.

Try it out of a few times, and in the history of the flow figure out which credentials are used when

    Hi KvB1

    I have checked this
in the form it also fetches the correct sender info but does not pass it on to mail or teams as only my sender data is then displayed

    Hi @GenDuck ,

Maybe you could try to set the run-only permissions and specify the user to provide their own connection.

    Hi @GenDuck ,

    Sorry, Only a few triggers support managing run-only users.(Manually trigger a flow/For a selected item/PowerApps(V2).etc).

Maybe you could consider using a public account to create this Flow.

    Best Regards,

    Charlie Choi
