Hi everyone, I have seen some stuff about this, but couldn't find anything that fit well.
I have 2 SharePoint Lists. 1 holds static reference data about a lot of different standard packages. The other holds the entry data of shipping manifests. (I couldn't find a good metaphor except this one, I know shipping software exists, it doesn't apply.) When someone goes into my app and enters the manifest data, they enter a profile number of the standard package, which should tie it to the standard package with the same profile, and autofill a bunch of data in the end result that gets sent to SharePoint. Or even if there is an easy way to handle this in SharePoint.
Another problem comes in when the size of the package is entered in, as I have pricing for every size in the profile List, but I don't know how to reference a specific column for price based on a choice in another list. The ideal condition is that a user enters the manifest data, including size of the package, it references the profile column based on that entry and calculates the price, while also autofilling 5-6 more columns of supporting data.
