Errors occurs while using Azure "extract key phrases" services

I am new to power bi and I was following the steps of the video in the link below:

However, I get the following error messages:

DataSource.Error: An error happened while reading data from the provider: '{"error":{"code":"PowerBINotAuthorizedException","pbi.error":{"code":"PowerBINotAuthorizedException","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}'
Details:
DataSourceKind=AIFunctions
DataSourcePath=AIFunctions

Please advise if any solution, many thanks!

This seems to be an issue with the privacy level. You can try my suggestion below, but please be aware this is not the ideal solution. I propose ignoring the privacy level settings, which could open up future privacy issues.

1. Within Power BI Desktop go to File --> Options and setting --> Options.
2. On the left-hand panel select Privacy (under "Global").
3. Select Always ignore Privacy Level settings as shown below.
4. Click OK.

Hey @nascaline did you ever figure out the issue here? This workaround still gives me the same error.
