Unable to run any flow from Sharepoint?

Flow was working fine before. However, this morning when I tried to run it, all I get is a popup on the right hand side of my screen with a loading circle. The flow isn't loading. Any reason for this?

    Update: I also can't seem to access the flow itself. Anyone having similar issues?
