Hi, I was tasked to implement M365 in our company, we have 1000 workers but only 200 of them (office staff) will get M365 Business Basic or Standard licenses. I've seen a lot of videos regarding the Power App/Power Automate and I thought it would be beneficial for us. I already plan to use it for Leave Form, Claim Form, etc. However, after watching so many videos, I noticed that you need to have Microsoft accounts to access those forms, do they also need certain license too? What is the cheapest license I should get for them?

Power Automate is a cloud-based service accessible to the general public. It offers the convenience of automating everyday tasks for anyone around the world. An Office 365 account is not mandatory to utilize Power Automate.
However, if you want them to participate in the organisation's Leave Form, Claim Form processes, they will need one of the Office 365 license at a minimum
